On Tuesday 19th September, four students from both 5th and 3rd year went on a trip with Ms Hughes to Dublin Castle to participate in a workshop created by the Association of Community and Comprehensive Schools (ACCS) on promoting student voices. The workshop included being split into teams and discussing problems schools might have (e.g. inclusivity, student-teacher relationships etc.). It was a very rewarding experience and we learned a lot!
Many thanks to the ACCS, ISSU, Department of Education, Ms. Hughes, and lots of other organisations involved in this trip! ~ Giulia Campean, 3rd Year
